Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic, family, fraternal service organization that has a tradition of protection.  The Knights support the church, community, and family and youth activities through volunteer and charitable contributions.  They provide programs of support for Brother Knights, and they support the needy, disabled, Special Olympics, disaster victims and the poor.  The Cathedral Council (#9563) meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm with food and fellowship starting at 7pm.

Parish Spring Cleanup Day (hosted by the Knights):
Thank you to everyone that joined us on March 21 (at 1pm) for our spring cleanup day!   Your help was appreciated as we cleaned up the church grounds and put down mulch.

Annual Spring Breakfast and Bake Sale:
All are invited to our breakfast and bake sale on Sunday, April 19 from 8am to 12:30pm in Rector's Hall.  Details can be found here:  Knights of Columbus Spring Breakfast & Bake Sale.

2026 Fireworks Tent: 
This is the Council's largest fundraiser of the year.  It allows the Council to contribute to our parish, school, and community on many different levels.  As we begin our 14th season of selling fireworks, a big THANK YOU to everyone for your past support!  Please look for our article in the June issue of the REACH CATHEDRAL Newsletter and our Tent Ad in the July issue.  NEW THIS YEAR, the tent is located at 8420 Amber Hill Court (three blocks west of our old site) at the SE corner of 84th and NE Pkwy.. 

WE NEED YOUR HELP!  Volunteers are needed at the tent 
on July 1-4 for setup, sales, overnight security, restocking, and teardown.  To volunteer, please visit: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0945A4A723ABFEC16-64128509-2026. If you have a student (16yrs - college age) that needs service hours or would like to be a paid cashier/sacker ($15/hr.), have them sign up and put “service hours” or “paid” in the comments (paid spots are limited). 

The fireworks tent will be open for business July 3 and 4 from 8am till 11pm.  This year, it is located at 84th & NE Pkwy. (SE corner).

2026 Church Mowing:
We would like to invite the whole parish family to help with mowing the church grounds this year!  Grab your family and/or friends to join you!  Mowing usually takes less than an hour.  If you are interested in helping, please email us at "This email address is being protected from spambots. Annual Fall Breakfast and Bake Sale:
All are invited to our breakfast and bake sale in the Fall (typically on a Sunday in early November).   Please check back later as a date has not been set.

Parish Fall Cleanup Day (hosted by the Knights):
Your help is needed to clean up the church grounds (typically on a Saturday in November at 1pm).   All are invited (including families, kids, and students needing service hours) to help the Knights of Columbus with this parish event to make Cathedral look its best!  Please bring items such as:  rakes, brooms, tarps, grass trimmers, mowers, and leaf blowers.  Refreshments will be provided.  Thank you in advance for your help! Mass for Deceased Knights:
Join us for Mass as we pray for and remember our deceased Knights (typically before our November Council meeting at 7pm).  A light reception will follow in Benedictine Hall.  The Council monthly meeting will take place after the reception (~8:15pm).

Parish Christmas Potluck (hosted by the Knights):

All are invited to join us in early December, in Rector's Hall, after the 11am Mass.  A gift exchange (adults and kids) and special guests will follow the meal.  Please check back later as a date has not been set.
